tough to comment; the last menu is barely legible. why anyone would order a tasting menu with 12 desserts, though, is beyond me. A LA CARTE.

It looks like they're spending approximately half the amount on the ingredients of the second menu as the ones in the first. Chanterelles, duck and venison are replaced by pumpkin, beets, and oxtail. Come to that, they're probably worth about a third of the former, if that.
